Usually we provide meals and accommodation (camping site or B&B). Participants should tell organizer about food preferences or allergies. Meals can be home cooked, cold foods such as sandwiches or a bought meal from a restaurant or snack bar.

In a word; no. That said, if you bring your own bike it may be covered by your home insurance. Bikes are rarely covered for “mysterious disappearance’, so always lock your bike.
We can assist you with a bike rental, but your own bike will be much more comfortable for you than any rental. You know its’ limits, and has been adjusted to fit you. Also, operating a bike rental business adds to our cost of doing business, so we give you a price break by encouraging you to use independent operators if you don’t have a bike..
We reserve the right to refuse someone who bikes in an unsafe manner. City tours are suitable for adults or children who can ride for 2 hours at about 12 kms an hour. Anyone with a medical condition that does not allow them to exercise moderately for more than 20 minutes should not take our tours. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Because of time of year, construction and weather, we cannot always give exactly the tour as advertised. We will inform you of any major changes beforehand.
A private tour can have as few as one or as many as 8 participants. They can follow a standard tour or be custom made for the group or individual.
Custom tours are tours made especially for a person or group. They may reflect special interests or certain time parameters. To book a custom tour, contact us via email with itinerary.
We are proud that we have one of the best refund policies in the business. If you cancel more than a month ahead you receive a 100% refund less a small handling fee. Even if you cancel a week ahead of the starting date we offer a 75% credit towards your next tour. Check our complete refund policy before booking.

Our Policy
If you accept a credit rather than a refund, there are no fees
‘No shows’ are a huge problem. Even a days warning can net you a 50% credit. If you can’t make it for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as you can. Someone else can attend in your place if you wish to arrange it.
To claim refunds or credits, please contact our virtual office, anytime day or night. Subject line should read “Refund” or “Credit” and the date of the start of the tour. Some servers don’t deliver mail right away, so we will contact you immediately when we receive the email. The Cancellation date is always the date we receive the request. There are no cash refunds. We refund based on method of payment. Authorized refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
